A new addition to the annual Skid Row Carnival of Love in downtown L.A., in 2017 Perch Projects coordinated dozens of service agencies and hundreds of volunteers to provide over a thousand homeless residents with medical screenings and referrals, insurance enrollment, legal support, haircuts, shaves, foot washing and, most importantly, the knowledge that they are not invisible.
