In the heart of Skid Row, Wesley Health Centers is creating a facility with an outward-facing, community-centric purpose. Health care outreach teams serving homeless or transitional residents will have a home base located in the heart of the neighborhood they serve so they can offer their clients easy access to counseling, medical support, healthcare education and community activities.
The Corner of Hope project has a lofty ambition: to empower locals and invite our homeless residents to transform their Skid Row community from the very onset of construction and to continue to drive positive change for years to come.
